Dimensions & Sizing
You can provide full technical drawings (images, 3D files, flat designs) or simply describe the usage scenario - a window display, a stage set, or an exhibition booth. We adapt accordingly. From 5cm miniature props to oversized installations over 800cm, we can follow your exact measurements or recommend the best size based on your spatial requirements.
Materials & Composition
We work with a wide range of materials:
paper (cardstock, crepe paper, foam paper, corrugated board, kraft paper, art paper), fabric (denim, canvas, rustic linen, silk), and other materials like plastic or metal wire. You can specify the material, or we can suggest the most suitable option based on the prop's function (load - bearing, flame - retardant, lightweight, etc.). All materials are safe and environmentally friendly.
Color & Finish
Color matching is available using Pantone numbers, CMYK values, or a physical sample. We offer digital printing, 3D printing, foil stamping, UV coating, lamination, and more. If you only have a creative direction, we can propose 1–3 color palettes and combine them with paper art techniques such as cut–out layering or 3D relief to achieve a stunning visual result.
Performance & Functionality
We design for your specific use case - indoor or outdoor, static or interactive - considering load capacity, wind resistance, water resistance, flame retardancy, and assembly method. Options include embedded LED strips, infrared controls, or mechanical interactive elements. We also support tool– free assembly, magnetic attachments, and pre - embedded hanging points, making the props not only beautiful but also practical and easy to install.
Performance & Functionality
Our process is largely handcrafted:
hand cutting, hand painting, and hand assembly, combined with machine cutting and digital printing to balance fine detail and batch production efficiency. Whether we follow your drawings exactly or choose the best production method based on the complexity of the design, every piece is delivered to the highest standard.
Packaging & Shipping
We typically pack the props flat (knocked down) or partially pre–assembled to minimize volume and reduce freight costs. Custom packaging boxes are also available. Outer cartons consist of moisture–proof PE bags inside reinforced corrugated boxes, and we can add custom shipping marks, installation diagrams, or barcodes. Both air freight and sea freight are supported.
Minimum Order & Lead Time
We accept orders starting from 1 piece, but due to shipping costs, larger quantities are much more economical.
Sample lead time:
3–15 business days.
Mass production lead time:
typically 5–30 days, depending on quantity. Rush orders can be arranged on request, and the full timeline from concept design to finished delivery can be shortened based on project complexity.
